This Privacy Policy explains how BANKINVIDEOS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company with a principal place of business at 11822 61st St., West Palm Beach, Florida 33412, collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information in connection with the BankinVideos website, mobile application, video-sharing platform, Competition features, and related services. Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings given in the BankinVideos Terms of Service.

Article 1 — Scope

I. Covered services. This Privacy Policy applies to all services offered on the Platform, including account registration, video upload and sharing, social features, Competition entry, payment processing, prize fulfillment, customer support, and technical operations.

II. Geographic Limitation. The Platform is intended solely for users located in the United States. International users are not eligible to register accounts or participate in Competitions.

III. Age Restrictions. The Platform is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and BankinVideos does not knowingly collect personal information from or permit account creation by anyone under 13. Users aged 13 to 17 may access non-Competition features only with parent or legal guardian consent and supervision. Competition entry is strictly restricted to users who are at least 18 years old.

Article 2 — Personal Information We Collect

I. Account information. We collect your first name, last name, email address, state of residence, username, password, and email-verification details. You may optionally provide a profile photo, avatar, or public profile content.

II. Competition, prize and tax information. For Competition participation, winner verification, eligibility checks, fraud prevention, and prize processing, we collect age verification details, state location, government-issued identification (where required), and payout information. To comply with legal and IRS obligations, we collect Taxpayer Identification Numbers (TIN) or Social Security Numbers (SSN) via Form W-9 once annual winnings reach or threaten to exceed $600.

III. Payment information. Competition entry fees and purchases are processed through third-party payment providers. BankinVideos receives transaction confirmations, payment metadata, limited payment history, and fraud signals, but does not directly store complete credit card or debit card numbers.

IV. User Content. We collect User Content, including uploaded videos, titles, thumbnails, categories, public metadata, comments, and related upload metrics. We may also process draft video content or media during pre-loading, creation, or import—regardless of whether you complete the upload—solely to deliver editing tools, apply effects, or recommend audio options. With your explicit permission, we may access text, image, or video data stored on your device's clipboard when you initiate sharing features or paste content into the Platform.

V. Device, technical, and location information. We collect IP addresses, device identifiers, operating system data, application logs, and geolocation or IP-based location data necessary to enforce geographical restrictions, administer access controls, prevent fraudulent viewing activity, and secure the Platform.

VI. Communications. BankinVideos may collect communications, support requests, notices, user inquiries, and related correspondence.

VII. Sensitive information. BankinVideos does not intentionally collect biometric identifiers (such as faceprints or voiceprints), health data, or other sensitive personal categories. If technical features (such as automated video moderation, facial effects, or filters) require processing biometric identifiers or other sensitive data, BankinVideos will obtain your explicit opt-in consent before any such collection and will use that data solely for the disclosed feature, in each case as required by applicable law.

Article 3 — Cookies, Tracking, and Technical Signals

I. Essential Technologies. We use strictly necessary cookies, local storage, and session tokens for secure login persistence, essential site functionality, user preferences, and security monitoring.

II. Third-Parties. We do not deploy third-party behavioral advertising cookies, run third-party advertising networks, or sell data to data brokers. We may include third-party services that set cookies on the Platform, and your interactions with those services are governed by the applicable third party's own privacy policy.

III. Do Not Track and privacy signals. Because we do not engage in cross-site behavioral advertising or sell personal information, we honor browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals and recognized universal opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), by disabling any non-essential tracking where detected.

Article 4 — How We Use Personal Information

I. Operations and accounts. To deliver Platform features, maintain accounts, authenticate logins, provide user support, and handle service communications.

II. Competition management and analytics. To operate Competitions, track independent Event IDs and Entry IDs, process Watched-Time Data, determine legitimate winners, detect artificial view manipulation, and process prize disbursements.

III. Payments and re-entry administration. To confirm entry transactions, process authorized fee payments, comply with tax reporting, and evaluate system-error reports to issue discretionary re-entry credits or adjustments where applicable.

IV. Marketing and advertising. To deliver Platform-related marketing and promotional communications.

V. Security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. To detect, investigate, and prevent bots, click farms, coordinated view manipulation, security breaches, unauthorized access, and violations of our Terms of Service.

Article 5 — How We Disclose Personal Information

I. Operational service providers. We share personal data with trusted vendors performing infrastructure, video hosting, security, communications, and customer support services, in each case as reasonably necessary.

II. Payment processors. Competition entry payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. Payment processors may collect, process, and retain payment information under their own terms and privacy practices.

III. External sharing initiated by users. If a user chooses to share content to an external platform, BankinVideos transmits only the selected video or post and associated public metadata, such as title, thumbnail, and category, to the destination platform. BankinVideos does not share personal information, account details, or behavioral data with third-party social platforms as part of voluntary user-initiated sharing.

IV. Public winner identification. As permitted by law, we may publish a Competition winner's username, state, winning entry details, and prize information for Platform promotional purposes.

V. Legal and regulatory obligations. We disclose data when required by court orders, tax laws (including IRS reporting), regulatory inquiries, or to enforce our legal rights, Platform integrity, and Terms of Service.

VI. Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or corporate reorganization, customer data may be transferred to a successor entity subject to this Privacy Policy.

Article 6 — Data Retention, Security, and Deletion

I. General retention. We retain data only as long as necessary to fulfill operational purposes, manage active accounts, complete Competitions, process payments, and satisfy legal obligations.

II. Account data. Deleted within 30 days of verified account closure, subject to necessary legal or compliance holds.

III. Financial and Tax records. Form W-9 data, payout records, and transaction logs are retained for 7 years to meet federal and state tax laws.

IV. Security logs. Retained for 90 days, unless an active fraud or technical investigation requires a longer duration.

V. Backups. Backup copies are retained and deleted according to standard system cycles before secure removal.

VI. Deletion requests. Users may request deletion of personal information through account settings or by contacting support. BankinVideos verifies deletion requests for security and processes verified requests within 30 days. After account deletion or a data-removal request, BankinVideos retains only minimal records necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, tax and payment obligations, security logs, backups, and dispute-resolution purposes.

VII. Security measures. BankinVideos uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, limited access for authorized staff, regular security checks, secure development practices, and review of security controls.

VIII. User responsibility. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, using secure passwords, protecting devices used to access the Platform, and promptly notifying BankinVideos of suspected unauthorized account access.

Article 7 — State Privacy Rights

I. State privacy laws. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

II. Submitting requests. You may exercise available privacy rights through your account settings or by contacting us at the details below. We verify all requests before taking action to protect account security.

III. Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against any user for exercising their legal privacy rights.

Article 8 — Third-Party Services

I. Third-party providers. The Platform may involve third-party services for payment processing, hosting, infrastructure, security, communications, support, and similar functions. Third-party services used on the Platform operate under their own privacy policies and terms for information they collect or process directly. BankinVideos is not responsible for third-party privacy practices, security measures, content, or services.

Article 9 — Privacy Policy Updates

I. Updates. We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy. Revised policies take effect upon posting, and continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance.
